We are a leading provider of multimedia and interpretation services to clients worldwide. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Multimedia Vendor Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Identification and Onboarding

We're looking for someone with the ability to identify, recruit, and onboard qualified vendors specializing in multimedia and interpretation services. This includes ensuring they meet our quality, reliability, and turnaround time standards.

Vendor Supply Chain Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust vendor supply chain capable of handling a diverse range of multimedia and interpretation requests, from video/audio projects to live interpretation assignments.

Vendor Relationship Building

This role requires strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration between vendors and our internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and optimal performance.

Negotiation and Contract Management

You'll be responsible for negotiating vendor agreements, rates, and terms of service that align with our business objectives while maintaining competitive pricing.

Vendor Performance Evaluation

Closely collaborating with our quality assurance team, you'll evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

Vendor Capacity Forecasting and Management

You'll forecast and manage vendor capacity to ensure availability for ongoing and future multimedia and interpretation projects.

Vendor Integration and Improvement

Working closely with internal teams, you'll integrate vendors into our project management systems, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to meet project needs. Additionally, you'll continuously assess the vendor pool and implement strategies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management within the multimedia and interpretation sectors.
  • A deep understanding of the multimedia and interpretation landscape, including various media formats, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external vendors.
  • A proven track record of negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and securing favorable terms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with multimedia production tools, interpretation platforms, and vendor management software is a plus.
  • The ability to quickly identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements in vendor performance.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
