Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager with experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales management, be a university graduate in Marketing, and possess excellent software and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Field Support: Conduct field visits to support sales activities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities and product launches.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience working in a reputable FMCG company is essential. 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Skills: Strong command of software tools to analyze and manage sales activities. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 till 40.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel frequently to support field operations.
