B2b Sales Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Sales for our real estate investment platform, Nawy Shares. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our platform through B2B2C partnerships, where access to the platform is exclusively offered as an employee benefit by partner companies.
**Requirements**:
**Develop and Execute B2B2C Sales Strategy**:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy to establish partnerships with companies for the exclusive distribution of our real estate investment platform as an employee benefit.
- Identify potential partner companies and conduct thorough market research to assess their suitability for collaboration.
Build and Nurture Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into the employee benefits offerings of partner companies.
**Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Drive the acquisition of new partner businesses by proactively approaching and presenting the value proposition of our platform.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding partner companies and ensuring a high conversion rate of employee sign-ups.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators related to the sales and onboarding process.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of [7- 10] years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the financial or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
