Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of creative and regional specialists to produce region and service specific content and campaigns across all digital and offline channels.
- Mastermind social media campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and foster vibrant online communities.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure all our targets are met.
- Transform yourself into a data wizard, analyzing marketing performance metrics (website traffic, lead generation, campaign ROI) to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Drive inbound marketing activities with expertise in content development and optimization, and digital campaigns.
- Track record of driving substantial traffic via advertising, newsletters, and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop winning marketing initiatives that support their efforts.
- Understands and has experience building an employer of choice brand through employer branding initiatives.
- Become a lead generation guru, nurturing leads through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping pace with the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Create marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, to support sales efforts and enhance brand messaging.

Skills and Qualifications Required
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT and software services industry.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring marketing teams.
- In-depth understanding of SEO content strategies and a history of achieving measurable results with high-value transactional keywords.
- Mastery of content funnels, user journeys, brand discovery sources, and comparison points within the B2B landscape.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through various inbound marketing channels.
- Proficiency in SEO analysis tools and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive B2B inbound marketing strategies.
- Exceptional content creation skills with a focus on crafting compelling and informative B2B marketing materials.
- Expertise in social media marketing strategies for lead generation and community building.
- Analytical prowess with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Deep understanding of the IT and software managed services industry.
- Experience working in the North American or European markets.
