**EMEA B2B Conference - Sales Representative**:
The role of an event sales representative is fast-paced and dynamic. It requires a genuine passion for closing deals and securing sales. As a Conference Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with conference delegates, and closing their participation in various forums, conferences, and seminars.
**Your key tasks/responsibilities will include**:
- Market Analysis.
- Cold calling.
- Lead Nurturing.
- Sales Strategy Development.
- Client Consultation.
- Event Promotion.
- Cross-Selling and Up-selling.
- Attendee Engagement.
- Team Collaboration.
- Sales Reporting.

**Essential skills and experience required**:
- University or college degree.
- Relevant experience in events industry is a plus.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Convincing skills on the phone.
- Very good computer skills, including internet and social media proficiency.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated determination to succeed.
- Dynamic, passionate, self-motivated, and highly ambitious salesperson.
- Ability to learn and adapt in an ever-evolving business environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
