As a member of our global network of top-tier sales professionals, you will co-create strategies that resonate with our clients' vision and handle the entire sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through cutting-edge operations and process optimization. Pipeline Gurus offers exponential growth to our clients through our personalized Sales-as-a-Service. We believe that with your help, we can reach even greater heights and conquer new markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure sales performance goals are achieved
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize and streamline sales processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure sales team performance and effectiveness
- Manage CRM data and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide training, coaching, and support to sales teams to improve overall productivity and effectiveness
- Drive sales forecasting accuracy and ensure timely reporting of sales data
- Conduct research and evaluate market trends to identify growth opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
