Robusta is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on the digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.
**Position Overview**
A Sales Operations has a key role in the sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. The primary focus is on outbound prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities for the sales team.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective communication.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them on to the sales team.
- Gather information on prospect needs, challenges, and budget constraints.
- Follow up on contract renewals and downpayment
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the product or service.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent and meaningful communication.
- Understand prospect pain points and challenges to position the product as a solution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information for a smooth handover.
- Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to align on strategies and goals.
- Use sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to manage prospecting activities and track interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product or service being offered and stay updated on industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects.
**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales ops, SDR, or lead generation is often preferred.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Arabic and English)
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated persistence and resilience in the face of challenges and rejections.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and continue pursuing new opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
- Willingness to share insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic sales environment.
