Sales Operations Professional- Mobiles

Position Summary
1. Review each sales processes including contract, PO(Purchase Order), supply projection, invoice, inventory, and other sales tasks and provide guidance to relevant sales team to make them comply with these processes.
2. Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.
3. Check the validity of the marketing budget and adjust the budget expenditure of each sales departments.
4. Improve the accuracy of supply projection and optimize the logistics process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track sales team performance by providing regular Dashboard and Distributors monthly reviews.
- Develop business processes to the sales force and check for abnormalities in each sales activity.
- Consolidate monthly targets for trade team and track the achievements.
- Calculate the incentives for the field force team on monthly bases.
- Analyze the requests for approval on sales promotion expenses and check their basic items.
- Designing and calculating dealers’ and promoters’ contests.
- Handling the allocation of Samsung smart phones.
- Handling IR Trade System (Modifications & Developments).
- Handling service team requirements. Managing IR Team budget.
Skills and Qualifications- From 6-8 years in Sales Operations, reporting and analysis.- Excellent Command of Microsoft Office Specially Excel, Power Point & Power BI.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.- Excellent communication and collaboration with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong Presentation skills.
