Presales Manager

700Apps is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Presales Manager to lead our presales team and enhance our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our technical sales process, ensuring the delivery of compelling and tailored presentations, and managing relationships with prospective clients. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning technical solutions with customer needs and driving successful outcomes in our sales strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor the presales team, enhancing their technical knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to build strategic plans for prospects and opportunities.
- Conduct product evaluations and proof of concepts, ensuring customer satisfaction with our offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide customer feedback and influence future product direction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
- Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring they meet customer needs.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients throughout the sales process to ensure optimal customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a presales role or technical sales environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate their benefits to various audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and the sales process.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
