**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, services, and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
