Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing hotel bookings through proactive sales strategies. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network in the tourism and corporate sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the travel, corporate, and event sectors.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote hotel services including room bookings, event venues, and catering.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
- Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with other hotel departments.
**Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
**Marketing & Events**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Assist in organizing in-house promotional events and FAM (familiarization) trips.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities. Fluent in [language requirements] and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Frequent travel for client meetings and industry events may be required.
