Account Engagement Executive

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an** Account Engagement Executive **who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to simplify shipping complexities and provide clients with real-time data, we invite you to join our innovative team at Nowlun and contribute to the future of logistics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Determine the monthly business volume for each client.
- Identify the types of services required by each client.
- Identify the sources from which the client imports and exports.
- Clearly communicate the services and benefits offered by the company, whether they are service-oriented or accounting-related.
- Seek new clients for the company while maintaining a strong follow-up with current clients.
- Ensure new businesses from one customers are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team
- Manage and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or account engagement within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
- Good understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiar with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be open to traveling outside your city for customers meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and challenging goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
