Channel Deal Operations Administrator

**What you'll do**:
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Partner GTM Operations Lead.
**Responsibility**
- Support DocuSign field teams with back office activities and strong knowledge of the processes to create, price and close partner deals
- Review, validate and approve partner submissions for new deals, and convert into opportunities - Deal Registration management
- Acquire proper approvals for quotes and ensure information is transmitted correctly to associated parties - Quote Creation and Management
- Ensure Order Form is correct and submitted to partners; steward this process from beginning to end, ensuring timely handoffs and performing timely operational procedures
- Ensure Purchase Order information is accurate and aligned with the Quote and/or Order Form. Assist Revenue Operations as needed with timely and necessary updates
- Coordinate with different personas in the process
- Support Sales, Account Management, Channel Managers and Partner Operations in ensuring opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely
- Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data quality - Opportunity Data Management
- Help drive quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign. DocuSign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- 1-2+ years working in sales back office roles - quoting, order processing etc.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Fluent German or fluent French highly desirable
- Salesforce experience is a must
- CPQ, Quoting experience
- An understanding of the basics of Leads and Opportunities, and the sales and operational cycles around them
- Familiarity with Opportunity Management
**Preferred**
- Working understanding of the channel space (Resellers, Distributors, ISV, SI)
- Knowledge of the Channel Resell cross functional team structure - Channel Management, Sales, Partner Operations, Revenue Operations
- Apttus, CPQ, Order Form, Purchase Order experience
- Understanding of the overall Reseller-Distributor channel business
- 1+ years of experience working with Deal Registrations
