Inside Sales Account Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective strategic plans and goals to achieve sales objectives.
- Create and Develop Sales Pipeline.
- Create exceptional sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Develop cooperative closing strategies and tactics with sales management.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Identify and develop sales activities with Top Direct Touch Key Accounts in a specific territory.
- Ensure increased pipeline target hit ratio with linear target achievement.
- Identify key decision-makers within the targeted leads and facilitate meetings to begin the sales process.
- Collaborate with product managers, business development, engineering, project management and marketing teams to guide market penetration
- Recommend and execute joint marketing activities with channel partners to present Spectro Solutions in specific territory important and related marketing event.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in Telecom and/or IT director/and channel sales.
- Regional or Territorial Experience in MENA or/ad Africa is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholders
- Self-driving, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized with attention to detail.
- English language is must.
- French Language is plus.

Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Telecom and/or IT director/and channel sales: 5 years (preferred)
