**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of partner management, sales, digital excellence, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
**Responsibilities**:
- Track and manage partner funds.
- Handle existing Channels to drive the rebates & incentive programs
- Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
- Develop competency and qualification plans for partners.
- Develop a partner plan to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain sales reporting.
- Support Marketing activities
- Evaluate and establish co-selling agreements
- Conduct Accounts planning and Activities
- Create new opportunities through Channels team
- Work on full alignment between channels and selected Service team
- Close deals and assure alignment with channels and line of business team.
