Business Development Lead

Sprints Business development Lead is responsible for driving business growth within a company. He/She develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects with existing clients, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. Being a perfect business writer to create professional proposals and winning bids.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in setting Sprints sales and business development strategies
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and training needs
- Create & write contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients (Technical & Financial)
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Closely monitor the internal and external competitors; marketing and pricing strategies
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
- Support fundraising activities
- Measure the impact of learning programs from our stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement plans
**- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, preferably with a technology background and international experience**:
- A people person and is able to empathize and build rapport with others easily**:
- Have strong interpersonal and sales skills, can build relationships with influential stakeholders**:
- Excellent command of the English language written and spoken**:
- Have excellent written & verbal communication and business writing skills**:
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables**:
- Attention to detail, organized, critical thinker, and problem-solver**
