Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services (OINIS) is a technical department serving the Orange group at an international dimension. With more than 1700 collaborators highly qualified trough the world, OINIS is a privileged stakeholder for networks, infrastructure, and security.

OINIS’s mission is to design, deploy, operate and protect the international networks for our enterprise and wholesale markets, and for our affiliates. We are in charge of submarine cables, satellite connections and terrestrial optical fibers which enable Orange to connect its customers all around the world. GWEN - Global Wholesale Enterprise Networks division - is serving the enterprise and wholesale customers.

Voice Services is the department, within GWEN, which is responsible for building and supporting “cost and quality effective” Voice networks for Enterprise and Wholesale services (Voice, Conferencing, Contact Center ), and connecting them with other major telecommunication companies. These networks are built to manage our customer’s communications and collaboration from and to our network. We are a very “hybrid” team, with a unique mixture of technical, business and financial responsibilities.

- Mission

Main Responsibilities are detailed below.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical manager and software architect on the solution (routing and provisioning) WIN AS for OINIS
- Overall architecture and design of the solution in agile mode
- Implementation of procedures and tools for source code management, build, packaging, versioning, delivery, deployment, and migration on target environments
- Sizing study, tooling and performance testing, bench reports and identification of the necessary optimizations
- Automated tests benchmark for SIP interface and Solution database access (real time)
- Training, coaching and support to the development team
- Transversal technical expertise
- Technical assistance to integration, deployment and operation teams (OINIS Voice Engineering & Support).
- Maintenance of the solution in operational condition
- Implementing coding best practices (code review, versioning tool,)
- Participate with Agile practices in our scrum organization (collaboration and Co-development, ceremonies, way of development with increments)

**About you**:
Education, qualification and certifications
- University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field
- **Language skills**:

- Fluent English required, both spoken and written

A good French communication level is key for the main location (Morocco)

- Real-time engine (SIP/Kamailio) and database look-up (PosGresSQL) interactions must be perfectly mastered in order to address the overall performance aspects of the solution.
