Senior Sales Manager

Introduction
Bühler Group in Cairo, Egypt is looking for passionate sales professional to join our team as Senior Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for fostering growth through the sales of capital equipment and complete production lines for Bühler business solutions in Egypt, Libya and Sudan.
Diversity
Tasks
- Devise and implement a robust sales strategy targeting the consumer foods industry within Egypt, Libya and Sudan emphasizing product innovation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts in the assigned region ensuring continued allegiance and identifying up-sell opportunities
- Proactively seek out and develop relationships with new customers, expanding our market presence and customer base within the territory
- Provide industry-leading expertise and insights to clients, effectively demonstrating the advantages and technical specifications of our food processing equipment
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategy with market trends and customer feedback
- Conduct dynamic sales presentations, demonstrating equipment and providing insightful consultations at client meetings and industry-specific events
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to the company’s sales and pricing policies
- Lead the sales team, setting performance goals, reviewing progress, and fostering talent development within a high-performance sales culture
- Serve as a liaison between key clients and internal operations to manage and execute sales agreements and deliverables efficiently
- Forecast sales outcomes accurately, reporting regularly to senior management on sales pipeline, key account status, and market opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital sales
- Experience in food or packaging industry is an added advantage
- Proven track record of key account management and business development
- Strong understanding of technical and engineering aspects related to consumer foods production machinery
- Fluent communication skill in English and Arabic languages
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with other team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans and forecast
- Excellent knowledge of sales and relationship management
- Focused approach on the development of new client relationships in the assigned area
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders
