As Senior Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and developing the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, exciting environment, you'll work with exclusive product lines. You’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and thorough business understanding.
**As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Being responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Performing technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handling important clients for a product line
- Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- Handling country or Large Territory
- Expanding the market and establishing strong relationship with the clients.
- Preparing market forecasts
- Following up on the payment collections
- Ensuring the mutually agreed localization plan is implemented
- Internal communication inclusiveness
- Meeting the company’s objectives/targets
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Sales, Projects and Management.
- Have experience in Subsea systems in preferable.
- Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to lead programs / projects.
- Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
