- About the role
The Senior Inside Sales Representative will bring the local and regional small and mid-size merchants to the business to increase overall selection in the US market for our customers. You will be focused on leading the sales cycle, discovering needs and decision drivers, communicating value for the customer and closing partnerships with prospective merchants, while promoting and representing the brand. This is an acquisition, cold calling role, using a targeted lead list.
- You Have
- 2 years + of experience working in a high volume inside sales environment
- Experience in Small - Medium (SMB) business to business, outbound sales
- Managed a full sales cycle and have been in a closing or lead generation sales role
- A genuine curiosity about people, local businesses and technology
- A dynamic personality with a customer-focused mindset
- You are passionate, creative and persistent about sales
- You can navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator,)

- Help transform the way customers monetize through or on-demand service
- Create a great first impression with merchants and build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead the full sales cycle, while closing transactions to attain new business from small to mid-size merchants
- You enjoy following a call rhythm and process, and are comfortable making a high volume of calls daily to help merchants grow their businesses
