Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Consultants sales and activity performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Consultants.
- Assist Sales Consultants in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Ensure that all Sales Consultant meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Conduct regular coaching and counselling with Sales Consultants to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

**Job Requirement**:

- Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in Real estate.
- Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
- Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
