**The team you'll be part of**
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
The Bid Manager at Nokia NET is a job and a role at the same time. The Bid Manager Role is assigned to Bid Manager Jobs (located in the Sales Development) in advanced tenders (high sales value and/or complex solution). In standard and normal tenders the Bid Manager role is assigned to Account or Solution Managers. Bid Managers Gob) can, on request, coach Account Managers and Solution Managers on how a bid should be run, managing a large bidding team and driving it in a time bound manner to get the deliverables as planned. In normal offers (lower sales value and/or single technology) Account or Solution Managers will act as Bid Managers without getting this coaching support.
The Bid Manager is responsible to manage and coordinate the creation of the solution proposal as bid project managers' ensuring that Nokia NET value proposition, the commercial, service and technical parts are optimized, timely delivered and of good quality. In case of GSS involvement the Bid Manager is the main interface to GSS. In selected and agreed cases GSS may also take over the whole bid work, including bid management.
**Your skills and experience**
- Bid Manager is overall responsible for managing the bid according to Nokia NET bid process
- Contributes in development and communicates the bid strategy
- Ensure NDA conditions arefollowed
- Assembles the bid team and defines the work-split
- Drives Pre kick-off and kick-off meetings
- Handles customer Q&Aprocess
- Ensures availability of Bid Directives
- Drives bid preparation and ensures keeping the schedule with regular status meetings
- Drives risk analysis
- Drives documents review
- Handling and storage of bid documents
- Manage procurement to coordinate and evaluate sub contractor bids
- Assembles the bid and assures consistency in overall bid, price and claim strategy
- Supports contract negotiation
- Supports in driving bid approval process through relevant management levels
- Leads Bid debriefing session
- Ensures handover to Project Management
