**Role Brief**:
Acts as a POC for all Live Chat & Community Support Teams inquiries and processes
concerns, provides guidance, support, and assistance to the team members as needed,
while also acting as an advocate for our customers and team members with other
departments as needed.
**What you will be working on here in Koinz**:
- Provides support to team members.
- Acts as an ambassador for Koinz customers.
- Vote and weighs in process updates.
- Acts as a TL delegate for the Live Chat & Community Support Teams.
- Monitors and maintains queue integrity.
- Assures all customers’ inquiries are answered properly and in a timely manner.
- Provides information to other departments as needed.
- Any and all other tasks that might fall in their scope as entailed by business
needs.
**What you will need to fit in this position**:
- 6 Months of experience as a Live Chat or Community Support Specialist.
- Excellent track record for KPIs (95% + ).
- Flexibility with shifts, and completing tasks outside of working hours.
- Wanting to gain knowledge and experience.
