- Solve a scaling bottleneck in critical service.
- Maintain Application and Web Servers Monitoring on the Dynatrace server.
- Open a support ticket on Dynatrace One Support for further investigation and resolution of the issues on Dynatrace-managed SW components.
- Recommend improvements to the Dynatrace tool that will require the customers' concerned teams to work closely with the VAS solutions delivery teams to implement and test the new functionalities based on Dynatrace best practices, recommendations, and the purchased Dynatrace licenses.
- Deploy Dynatrace new features to production.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements for Dynatrace monitoring processes.
- Ability to lead talented engineers in solving problems and groom leaders.

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience with APIs performance monitoring tool alerts, dashboards, or data trend analysis in a monitoring tool
- Experience with recommending baseline monitoring thresholds and performance monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience with a queueing service such as Amazon SQS and/or Apache Kafka
- Experience with RDBMS’s such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with document/NoSQL databases/services such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch
- Experience with gathering and organizing large amounts of data to use for instrumentation in an Enterprise monitoring solution.
- Experience with creating technical documentation.
- Ability to provide monitoring tool infrastructure recommendations.
- Experience as a System Reliability Engineer.
- Experience with Analytics (Google, Adobe, MixPanel) design and interpretation is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization via charts and dashboards, including appropriate use of granular and aggregate data.
- High technical comfort with Windows administration and with Linux/UNIX command line
- High technical comfort in creating and maintaining personal virtual machines (Windows and Linux guest OSes)
- Experience with and understanding of Docker for personal test environments.
- Knowledge of networking, protocols, and architectures such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and BGP.
- Understanding of code
