**How you will make an impact?**

Ensure efficient day-to-day list of bookings reconfirmation. Implement processes to ensure excellent efficiency with high level in reconfirmation task and develop the team to go to the extra miles to achieve the highest number of reconfirmed bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Main duty is to ensure the staff members performing their tasks in unison and respect each other.
- Arrange a team meeting with the team to discuss any issues and resolutions to avoid any negative tension.
- Attend a weekly meeting with department leaders, seniors, and supervisors in Operations & Reservations, alongside the director, to collectively review ongoing work and collaborate on revising the implementation plan to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Inspire and motivate team to achieve goals.
- Motivates and aligns teams toward business goals, fostering individual growth by recognizing strengths and addressing areas for improvement through targeted training.
- Demonstrate effective communication and influence skills by fostering positive customer interactions, conveying information efficiently, and building team trust through adept interpersonal communication.
