**Job Description Summary**: The Services Commercial operations leader, NEA is responsible for leading the Healthcare Systems Commercial Operations for Services in North-East Africa. This role reports directly to the Service Commercial Operations Director Emerging Markets.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for driving commercial operations activities including quotation, pricing, Policy 5.0/6.0 governance and orders quality.
- Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of sales by segment per the normal reporting cycles and service sales bowler KPIs (CR, POS, Warranty Conversion, Renewal Rate, 0$ IB) along with reconciliation of actuals.
- Develop Commercial offerings in co-ordination with service sales to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organization objectives.
- Drive a Total Year business.
- Pricing and Margin optimization: defines how to improve mix of services to optimize margin and win more deals. Maintain balance between short and long-term business priorities and strategies.
- Commercial Campaigns: Partner with marketing and other functions to proactively design and deploy special campaigns to address market threats and opportunities to increase capture rate.
- Own and drive right T&Cs of our contracts and Offer templates as the custodian of this process.
- Lead all commercial execution activities and coordination with company-wide stakeholders. including but not limited to Field Engineers, Finance, PjMs, Business operations, etc.
- Lead pricing and profitability analytics and keep track and continuous update of contracts profitability, average selling prices and target selling prices.
- Lead all Service Sales operational reviews (e.g., SII, topline & P&L reviews, commercial pulse etc.), prepare all necessary data/decks, consolidate information from the LCT team and drive the processes end to end.
- Gives metrics visibility to Services sales management & front liners.
- Set individual targets in Sync with leadership team for the year to deliver the revenue OP & drives funnel creation/conversion & backlog execution.
- Provide support for timely resolution of commercial invoicing disputes in coordination with finance, Service Sales and field service teams.
- Lead the service business CPQ (Configure Price & Quote) processes & tools.
- Lead Incentive programs for service sales team.
- Drive deployment and adoption of commercial tools (SFDC, Apttus etc.)
- Special Projects as and when assigned.

**Quality Specific Goals**:

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
- Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
- Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
- Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, finance, management and or operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence teams within a large, complex, and matrixed organization
- Clear thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
- Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope.
- Strong verbal and written communication

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of service business
- Knowledge of service and commercial tools (Apttus CPQ, Service max, oracle, MUST and SFDC) would be a plus
- Certified Lean expert, Black Belt
- Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes
- Healthcare industry knowledge
