Job Overview
Ishraaq for Community Development is seeking a dynamic **Sales Manager** with a proven track record in selling mobile accessories. This role is crucial to the success of our project, which aims to empower youth by providing them with the skills and resources necessary to establish businesses in mobile accessory production and sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales channels, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- **Develop Sales Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve project goals and increase market penetration for mobile accessories.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mobile accessories sector.
- **Sales Channel Management**: Oversee the sales process through various channels, including e-commerce platforms and local partnerships with retailers.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets; adjust strategies as necessary based on data analysis.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the mobile accessories industry or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Management, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the mobile accessories market, including trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
