The Corporate Sales Team Leader will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and set targets and drive growth within the company. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Manage and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- B2B/ Corporate strong experience is must.
