Pre Sales Manager

Position Summary
The Pre-Sales Manager plays a critical role in business development processes, focusing on creating compelling business proposals and driving successful deal closures. This position requires a strong background in visual display technology, technical expertise in Audio Visual solutions and project management.
Role and Responsibilities
1.Understanding Customer Needs:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client pain points and objectives.
- Closely collaborate across various verticals, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer relations.
- Your primary task involves understanding the customer’s needs thoroughly.
2.Lead Qualification and Opportunity Assessment:
- Identify potential clients and evaluate their needs related to visual display solutions.
- Assess the feasibility of meeting client requirements using Samsung’s product offerings.
3.Solution Elaboration:
- Develop customized solutions based on Samsung’s visual display products and services.
- Close collaboration with other sales team members will help identify growth opportunities in the market.
- Highlight the value proposition of Samsung’s offerings.
4.Technical Expertise:
- Leads defense / clarification of such bids / proposals as stated above with goal of generating business growth.
- Owns and leads site survey, pre-bid meetings attendance and customer interfacing with aim of understanding and characterizing requirements and expectations of such customers for all response to bids, tenders and quotations
- Understand the technical aspects of CMS, LED and LCD technology and AV solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to clients during pre-sales discussions.
5.Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering and product development) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges.
6.Business Proposal Creation:
- Craft persuasive proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of Samsung’s solutions.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of visual display products and solutions for clients.
7.Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client queries and concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science).
- Proven experience in pre-sales, project management and technical sales.
- Familiarity with visual display technologies, including Digital signage software, LED, LCD technology and AV solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
