We are seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Sales Software Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to showcase the value of our software solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of our software solutions.
- Address technical inquiries and concerns from prospective clients.
- Assist in creating customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Assist in creating technical proposals and documentation for prospective clients.
- Ensure proposals align with customer needs and demonstrate the technical advantages of our solutions.
- make sure that the team is delivering what is needed exactly by the client
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry-specific solutions.
- Familiarity with software architecture, cloud technologies, and networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
