Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency - both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for a Cloud Solution Pre-sales Engineer to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.
**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Expertise**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our cloud solutions portfolio, including infrastructure, platforms, and software-as-a-service offerings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing.
- Consult the Stakeholders on how to develop a service portfolio.
**Pre-Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Provide Client consultation for best practices and solutions.
**Solution Design and Architecture**:
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create comprehensive solution designs and architectures.
- Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and align our cloud solutions to address their challenges and goals.
**Relationship Building**:
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pain points, offering technical guidance, and presenting solutions that align with their business objectives.
**Technical Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for internal teams and clients.
- Assist in Technical proposal writing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- A total technical experience of 7 years with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role, with a focus on cloud solutions. Experience with leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Proficiency in cloud migration strategies, cloud security, and cloud-native technologies is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills are essential for delivering impactful customer presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills are essential.
- A passion for understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving customer success.
- Fluent English speaker is a must.
