Sales Manager

Ä Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
Ä Carry out promotional and marketing activities in line with the targets and schedule provided by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Ä Promote all Panini products.
Ä Tracking and supporting the customer through all aspects of product sales (i.e. inquiry, order, delivery, invoicing and collection of accounts due).
Ä Developing and maintaining a comprehensive record (e.g. computer database) of all contacts, negotiations, inquiries, responses, orders, etc. between ILB and individual customers / stores within the assigned territories.
Ä Follows up directly with the Purchasing departments as required to complete orders.
Ä Consolidating regional sales activity reports and producing routine and specialized reports such as weekly and monthly summaries, collection summaries, regional briefings, to be submitted to the Managing Director on a regular basis.
Ä Develop and implement a marketing strategy, develop relationships with key clients.
Ä Monitor and report on competitor activities.
Ä Resolves problem situations that become apparent from Sales Representatives or Customer contact.
Ä Manage, direct and supervise the performance of assigned Sales Representatives
