**Purpose of the Role**:
To lead the sales team across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include developing the sales team, increasing net sales, designing strategic plans, managing resources and customer relationships, overseeing customer-specific business plans, supervising trade activities, and managing distributors and sub-distributors.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Build, implement and monitor the joint business plans for Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Out-of-Home Channels.
- Implement and develop the operational plans by brand (promotions, sampling, display, etc.)
- Discuss and validate of the annual agreement on commercial cooperation.
- Set up and track the objectives of the sales representatives by brand (sales, listing.)
- Distributor management: planning, executing, and managing distribution setup for effective of the channels and areas.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Set up merchandising and displaying plans (planogrammed, gondola, displays.)
- Develop, motivate, and support the sales team (evaluation, training, etc.)
- Manage budget allocation and ensures that there is no overspending occurs.
- Ensure products and services are delivered to end customers at the right time.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers and remotely follow other customers' relations.
- Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information, prices, new launches, and all other data.
- Maintain year-on-year MT, OOH & E-Com channels hyper-growth.
**Qualifications and experience**
- 15+ years of experience in FMCG and dairy manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams in different areas across Egypt.
