Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them of new products, services, or special promotions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and implement outreach strategies.
- Data Management: Record interactions, track outreach efforts, and maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems.
- Performance Metrics: Meet outreach goals and objectives, including targets related to customer engagement, response times, and satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management or related field (AUC, BUE, MSA, MIU, GUC, UFE, GIU, AAST graduates preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Fluency in English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
