Customer Outreach Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them of new products, services, or special promotions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and implement outreach strategies.
- **Data Management**: Record interactions, track outreach efforts, and maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet outreach goals and objectives, including targets related to customer engagement, response times, and satisfaction scores.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management or related field (AUC, BUE, MSA, MIU, GUC, UFE, GIU, AAST graduates preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Fluency in English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
