Account Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects, establish a strong first impression, and build interest in the company’s products and services.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads, sharing key insights and preparing the account for a smooth handoff.
- CRM Management: Record all prospect interactions, contact information, and engagement activity in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for prospecting, engagement, and lead qualification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or account management roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding engagement targets.
