We are looking for a dedicated Media Buyer to Manage the Small and Medium Enterprise Accounts and ensure the success and satisfaction of customers throughout their journey with Convertedin. The primary goal of the Account Manager is to build strong, long-term relationships with customers and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

**By joining the CX team, your role as PLG Account Manager will include the below responsibilities.
- Manage the onboarding call and any other required follow-up calls with newly signed up clients.
- Ensure the client is successfully connected and the first campaign is launched.
- Build long term relationships with clients, manage their accounts, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Own Client support through different channels including inbound ticketing, Social Media, outbound phone calls, and scheduled meetings.
- Identify trends, patterns, and analyze customer feedback to understand challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and partner with internal teams to drive product development, process enhancements, and overall customer success initiatives accordingly.
- Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for reducing churn and increasing customer retention rates.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the customer success team and overall customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

**Who are you?**
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with clients.
- Preferred Previous successful experience in Egypt, KSA, and US ecommerce retail markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Customers and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive their implementation.
- Previous experience working in remote teams/multiple countries is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport, earn trust, influence others, and maintain good working relationships.
- Preferred background in utilizing marketing automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.
- Proven track record of client acquisition, onboarding, account management, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
