In depth diagnose printers\plotters problems
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
- Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
- Keeps customer updated to their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff

**Job Requirements**
- University Degree
- Printer Hardware diagnosis skills is a plus.
- Basic network troubleshooting is a plus.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel ) is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

Pay: From E£7,000.00 per month
