**GAP Program Duration**:

- **3 months** full-time internship.

**Internship Requirements**:
**Educational Background**
- **Current Enrollment**: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Or Just Graduated **and you are passionate about HR field with maximum of 1 year experience.

**Skills**
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint**.**:

- **Soft Skills**:Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to details
- **Language Skills**:English Language Proficiencyboth written and verbal.

**Experience**
- **Previous Internships**:Experience in HR practices or related fields through university coursework or previous internships is a plus**.**:

- **Volunteer Work**:Involvement in volunteer work or student organizations can be beneficial.

- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Perform various tasks as required.
- **Policy Drafting**: Contribute to the development of internal HR policies.
