Business Development Manager

AUMET is the leading B2B marketplace to sell medical products between healthcare providers and distributors. We are innovating how distributors of medical supplies do business with consumer selling points such as pharmacies. With 500,000 transactions per month, AUMET marketplace is a fast-growing product that is capturing market share and is on a road to achieve its vision. And as we grow, we need talented people to help us grow
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development or sales
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven success with account management and fostering fruitful relationships
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Office analytical tools.
- MBA or Masters Degree from one of the top Business School is a plus
- Experience in pharmaceuticals
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience in working in startups is a plus
- Experience in the Egypt Market
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
