Optimize employees services to provide quick and immediate response to employees requests regards personnel services in Dubai

  • Collaborate with the government relations officer to process employees' governmental related needs promptly and without errors
  • Maintain uptodate employee information/ files
  • Provide excellent Administration services across Grand Community through effective response and proper problem solving
  • Support Regional HR Manager in improving retention of talent employees throughout the company to obtain an excellent working environment
  • Prepare accurate and on time HR reports such as attendance reports, weekly logsheets and any other related HR reports.
  • Deliver the assigned HR projects effectively and efficiently in line with the project plan
  • Assist in generating leads for the sales team
  • Contribute in growing our communication team sales
  • Assist Top management and Sales Team during their meetings in being present or taking lead in sharing the service
  • Follow up with Head of communication Manager on the weekly/monthly report of Sales team
  • Explain the objectives of the Grand Community service
  • Share the company portfolio, quotation, and invoice for the interested client.
  • Share all the details with the Community Department to proceed forward with the client's campaign.
Share a weekly report for the number of calls, meetings, quotations sent, and closed deals
