Role Overview:

The HR Executive, reporting to the People Services Manager, plays a critical role in supporting HR people services processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and oversee the complete offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities, including asset returns, access control, and required paperwork.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR-related data, complying with relevant legislation and data protection guidelines.
  • Conduct country-specific data consistency checks, meeting People Service Delivery performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Address People Services inquiries and issues within established timeframes, collaborating with various stakeholders and providing necessary training.
  • Work closely with country HR partners to handle operational inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management, as well as maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for HRSS and assist reporting teams as needed.
  • Support HRSS projects and perform additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

Required Skills for Success:

  1. Superb customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of HR Payroll and Personnel management experience, along with basic knowledge of taxation (Master's degree preferred).
  • Ability to drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Success Factors.
