Job Description:

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Maintain the office condition and arranged necessary repairs
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail shipments
  • Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Establishes, maintains, and controls employee records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
  • Manages sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations, and organization changes, and protects the security of information, data, and files.
  • Interprets, assists, and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and benefits administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
  • Coordinates training events or programs and recommends resourcesas needed.
  • Keeps up to date on current issues and matters in the organization related to the HR department.
  • Administers and monitors new hire orientation programs.
  • Maintains updated/current job descriptions and Administers preemployment screening.
  • Ensures effective receipt of and/or proper approvals on forms and enters changes in the HR system
  • Assists in the maintenance of employee directory and company organization charts.
  • Provides assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisals and the salary increase/budget process
  • Interacts with and supplies information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
  • Organizes and supervises all travel arrangements, supply ordering and inventory, record and file retention, and other related general office duties
  • Backup receptionist and administrative assistant duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Requiresa Bachelor's degree
- +3 yearsexperience

  • Fluent English level (written & spoken)
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
