Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in identifying and securing suitable property investments, provide guidance on market trends, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of current real estate opportunities. Other responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized service and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management
  • Sales, client relationship management, and networking skills
  • Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or consulting will be an asset
