Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt, The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to identify and secure top talent for A-part Auto. Daily responsibilities include directing recruitment strategies, managing sourcing and hiring processes, enhancing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and monitoring recruitment metrics. The role serves as a key collaborator with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Experience with Employer Branding and enhancing candidate experience
  • Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and crafting effective assessment methods
  • Recruiting expertise, including talent sourcing and pipeline development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a hybrid environment
  • Relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
