Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from designing hiring strategies to onboarding new employees. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will develop and manage employer branding initiatives, coordinate candidate interviews, and ensure smooth hiring workflows while promoting a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition activities in line with organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience with Hiring processes and workforce planning
  • Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
  • Expertise in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisor or team management role in talent acquisition is a plus
