Role Description

FPi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role at its headquarters in New Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include managing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs, coordinating interviews, and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure compliance with hiring policies and contribute to strengthening the company's culture through strategic hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and processes, ensuring an effective and equitable candidate experience
  • Strong skills in Hiring and Employer Branding to attract and retain high-caliber candidates
  • Expertise in Recruiting processes and strategies to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
