Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Talent Acquisition Supervisor
to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding — across all departments.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through career fairs, social media, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment plans.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Experience in the
    real estate
    or
    sales
    sector is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
