Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the recruitment process, manage employer branding initiatives, and implement effective full-life cycle recruiting strategies. Key responsibilities include sourcing and hiring top talent, coordinating interviews, assessing candidates, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates
  • Experience in Hiring processes and strategies
  • Skills in Employer Branding to enhance the company's reputation as a leading workplace
  • Strong abilities in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Expertise in Recruiting tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the beauty or manufacturing industry is advantageous
