Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Supervisor. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, building strong employer branding strategies, and supporting hiring processes. The supervisor will conduct interviews, collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs, and ensure best practices in recruitment and talent development. Additionally, the role includes implementing initiatives to optimize organizational development and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle TA and TA strategies.
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and facilitating the Hiring process.
  • Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract talent.
  • Proven ability to support organizational development programs.
  • Proven experience in Job Analysis & Job Evaluation.
  • Design/ Update company policies & procedures.
  • Design/ Update company competency framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory recruitment or talent acquisition role is preferred.
